On a similar tack, if you can trick the slot machine into believing it has received a quarter, why not just go one step further and trick it into believing you have actually won. Quite clearly this would require some form of implement or device which would need to be smuggled in and out of the casino without anyone noticing. Being found with an actual tool would be tantamount to being caught red-handed even if you aren’t caught in the act…so it is a high risk strategy. And to add an additional layer of difficulty, once again new slot machines are pretty much device secure – so shoving a wire or a slider into the machine just doesn’t crack it any more.
